Please read through our Shipping and Returns policies thoroughly. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want to make sure you understand every step of the process.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via express delivery.

Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders. If you have a question about this, please email shipping@keza.com.

RETURN POLICY
KEZA returns are always free. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to your satisfaction.

To return purchase(s), make sure items are in their original condition, and send them back within 45 days of your purchase. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Purchases may not be returned to any stores.

If you used a promotion code to make your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you’d like to exchange your purchase for something else, we’ll apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Making a Return or Exchange
It’s easy to send us your return or exchange. Just follow the steps below.
* Repack the unworn merchandise in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box.
* For returns, fill out the return information on the front of your invoice. For exchanges, fill out the front portion as well, as the exchange information on the back.
* Be sure to include a reason for return on the invoice for each item you want to return.
* Include the bottom portion of your invoice in the shipment and keep the top portion for your records.
* Once we receive the package, we will refund your credit card for the shipping or issue the equivalent credit to your account. Fill out your return address information, mark whether it’s a return or exchange, and attach it to the box. Be sure to write down your tracking number, then take your package to the nearest shipping facility and send it to us.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

TAX POLICY
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the taxes on your invoice, please email shipping@keza.com

Tax Exempt Purchases
If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact our Customer Service through the CONTACT page. To ensure compliance with state and local tax laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our Customer Service team before a purchase can be placed without tax.
